Safety training that stands up to an inspection

A certificate that cannot be forged
Every certificate ships with three independent defences. None of them requires the person checking to have an account.
Anti-forgery seal
Eight characters computed from the certificate data with the instance key. Anyone editing the PDF cannot recompute it: the verification page reports the tampering.
Three signatures
Trainer, learner and training provider. Handwritten, one-time code or digital signature. Each signature freezes the fingerprint of the signed document.

Near misses
A near miss is the only accident you can study without anyone getting hurt. CertoFlow collects it in thirty seconds, anonymously if needed, and carries it through to a corrective action with an owner and a date.
