Not a folder of files and a reminder in a calendar, but one place where the people, the duties that follow from their roles and the documents that close them stay aligned with each other.
Deadlines and compliance status
Duties follow from the job, deadlines follow from the duties. Every person has a status you can read at a glance: compliant, due soon, expired, outstanding.
Alerts before the deadline
Four alerts, at ninety, thirty and seven days and on the day itself. Each says something different, and each is sent once: to the company contact and to the person concerned.
Courses taken elsewhere too
Training bought from outside providers is recorded here with everything else: provider, hours, dates and renewal. A deadline picture is only complete if it covers what you did not organise yourself.
Certificates
The certificate is yours, and it can be checked
The certificate carries your organisation's name and accreditation: CertoFlow does not appear as the issuing body. What it adds are three defences that make tampering recognisable to whoever reads the document.
Verification QR code
It leads to a public page showing the data recorded at the moment of issue. Whoever is checking need not trust the paper in their hands, and needs no account.
Anti-forgery seal
Eight characters computed from the certificate data with the instance key. Anyone editing the PDF cannot recompute them, and the verification page reports the difference.
Three signatures
Employer, trainer and trainee. Handwritten on screen, with a one-time code or a digital signature. Each signature freezes the fingerprint of the document signed.

It provides up-to-date content your organisation can use to train its own workers, under its own responsibility and accreditation. The regulatory catalogue is data, not code: when the law changes, a table is updated and the deadlines are recalculated.
